Patrick's BBQ Sauce:

Patrick's BBQ Sauce is a sweet and tangy sauce fashioned after the vinegar based 'Carolina style' type sauces.  Created for use with 'Patrick's Famous Pulled Pork Sandwhiches' but also adds great flavor to chicken, beef, and just about anything you would want to put BBQ sauce on.

Ingredients:

Apple cider vinegar, ketchup, water, dark brown sugar, salt, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, crushed black pepper, other spices and a few select secret ingredients.

Patrick's Pork Rub:

Patricks Pork Rub is perfect for use with pork shoulders and other roasts to be grilled or smoked for long periods of time.  This pork rub will add great flavor without drying out the meat while cooking.

Ingredients:

Brown Sugar, chili powder, kosher salt, orange peel, lemon peel, and other spices.
